- Building out Georgian Land Limited, the acquisition vehicle for agricultural and resort land in the Republic of Georgia.
- Running HW Legacy Group, a family investment company holding serviced accommodation and residential property in the Tees Valley.
- Eranos Partners: cross-border origination and advisory, commodities and real assets.
- Writing two long pieces: one on the generational paradigm shift between the Boomers and everyone after them, and one on why short cash is the intelligent position at this stage of the fiat system.
- Building an automated content and distribution system, mostly to prove that a small operation can run publishing infrastructure that used to need a team.
